..can’t get into itunes….no device for syncing ipod..can’t open itunes..default folder doesn\’t exist..8.2 @ quick time installed…uninstalled…then reinstalled..still no deal..regards catherine…can you help?

Thanks so much! This totally saved me so much time removing dead files. I had like 3000 plus due to my being blonde and removing the original source connected to my music. I thankfully had a backup disc but the thought of deleating 6000 plus songs and loading 40 plus cd\’s to re-load was giving me nightmares. You rock!

Thanks very much. My PC HD died last week.

My iTunes libary had about 40% dead links in 6000 songs.

This app rebuilt the whole database properly and pulled everything back in with no messing around, duplicates or anything else.

Brilliant thanks for your efforts – This was on Version 8 iTunes also.
